Witty Wire evolved from a love for interior design, having a family, the need for personalised and meaningful gifts and a passion for handmade artisan work. Whether you’re looking into turning a house into a home, decorating a nursery or kid’s room, preparing for a birthday or special occasion, or simply to gift something from the heart, we have something to offer. Our Mission at Witty Wire
At Witty Wire we make meaningful and personalised creations such as home décor, ornaments and cake toppers, all handmade with wire. Wire art and words are a cool and fun way to decorate and personalise your space, being it a quote or a positive affirmation that resonates with you, a personalised name or a special keepsake. Our brand aims to be fun, joyful and playful.

About
Hey!
I am Janice, the owner/designer/maker at Witty Wire and am based in Malta. I am a mum of 2 young kids and an Engineer by profession currently on a career break.
I’ve always been into arts and crafts and studied Art to Advanced Matriculation level. I started working with wire in 2011 by doing bridal headpieces for my sister’s wedding. From there I advanced to making jewellery using wire wrapping techniques. In 2017, after having my second child, I decided to take the plunge and open my own jewellery side business – Elfin Sprigs (check it out!). During Christmas time I started making personalised wire star ornaments which proved very popular. I discovered the power of personalisation and how it creates a more meaningful gift. This and my love for home décor pushed me to launch Witty Wire in 2020. I'm so happy to be turning this dream of mine into a reality!
