Create a custom wire word or phrase of your choice in the BLAKE font (size XL). BLAKE is lively and charming. It's bouncy letters are full of like and command attention in a playful manner.
Wire words make a great addition to entryways, bedrooms, picture walls, office, living room, bathrooms and kids rooms etc. They can be framed, hung on a wall, propped on a shelf or use the pronged version for a 3D floating effect.
Made from 3mm aluminium wire, they are lightweight and corrosion resistant. This listing is for the XL size. Tallest letter is approximately 12-13cm.
Each word is hand formed with a single strand of wire, if possible, in 'Blake' calligraphy font. Some examples of the font are pictured.
To order, count the number of letters of the word/phrase that you need made. Select the wire colour, select type of finish (whether flat or pronged for 3D effect) and select your amount of letters under letter count option. In the personalisation section before check out, provide the word/phrase you want made. Make sure to write the word/phrase exactly as you wish it made including capital letters, numbers and spelling etc. Make sure to double check before submitting :). Finish can be made either:
~ Flat.
You can mount it on hooks or on nails drilled in the wall, hung from a string/ribbon, clear adhesive hooks, or sitting on a shelf.
~ 3D effect.
When hung it will give a floating appearance. The ends of the wire word will be bent backwards into prongs. You will need to drill a tiny 3mm hole in the wall and gently insert the wire prongs into them. For more info visit our FAQ section.
